Being part of Sittingbourne Striders is a fantastic way for you and your family to have fun, make friends and join in with organised running, biking, and swimming activities and events throughout the year.
We pride ourselves in being a family friendly, community club that welcomes and supports both adults and juniors of all abilities.
Sittingbourne Striders running and triathlon club
One of Kent's premier running and triathlon clubs for all age groups including our new junior section
Yesterday, over 30 of our juniors took part in the Swale Combined Athletics Club fun day! They ran 1km, 2km and 3km dependent on age.
All of our runners were amazing and many took some top places in their races! The real winning factor was seeing how so many of them came together to help their teammates round and support each other, cheering every single person running and finishing, with a whole group of them running the last 500m of the 3k race with one of our runners, who was the youngest in her group but made it round at an incredibly consistent pace throughout.
Well done juniors π
