📣 Come along to the Adult Track Running Sessions at Bayford Meadows! Sessions run on Tuesday evenings from 6.30pm for an hour.

This is a coached adult running session alongside our Juniors (in separate groups). Juniors aged 14 and above are able to run with adults if they chose.

These sessions are open to all abilities, from beginners to advanced, in a fantastic off-road venue, with 1100m of running track. There will be separate groups for beginners and more advanced.

There is a monthly attendance fee of £8, or £12 per couple. One-off attendance is £4 per session. Your first session is free.
