Our Sofa 2 Strider beginner course starts Tuesday 19th September 7pm from the Appleyard Pavilion.
This 9 week course will get you up to running 5k, and costs £15, which includes membership of Sittingbourne Striders Running and Triathlon Club. See the flyer below for more information:
