Well what a cracking weekend! We had sea swims, lake swims, bike rides, training runs and races and that was just our adults !
Sunday also saw our latest club championships race with members out in force to support the Oliver Fisher 5k and 10k runs followed by a family 1m which ended up a bit less!
We see a few medals at the race today with 1st female and 2nd male on the 5k and 1st female and 3rd male on the 10k. It was outstanding work and kudos to all, what an achievement for one family to see 3 of those medals with Mother, Daughter and Son!!
Well done to everyone who took part and to our one of our newest members well done your furthest every run today you did amazing!
It was also great to see and support our fellow athletes at from Rebels Runners who are always so supportive out on course and at the finish line.
Well done to those members who took park at Macknade 1/2 today !!
For anyone interested in joining our friendly family orientated club you can do so with adult membership at £20 for the year and junior membership dependant on the number of activities.

Whilst our usual training runs, swim are cycle went ahead last weekend we saw a bit of theme emerge with supporting charities.
We had 2 memebers take part in the Edinburgh Marathon raising vital funds for My Name’5 Doddie for MND and Sepsis Research. Amazing efforts and for such great charities well done to you both! You are amazing.

We also saw a few members supporting Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust in the 10th Annual Dragon Boat Race – something a little different but again raising funds for the Rotary Medway Sunlight who support numerous charities locally.
